Grooming
Full grooms, bath and brush, mini grooms, and spa add-ons are available. For dogs who struggle with traditional grooming, sedated grooming is an option that no independent grooming shop can provide — it requires a licensed veterinary team on-site. The Puppy Love program introduces puppies to grooming gradually, building confidence before their first full appointment.
Boarding
Overnight boarding at SJB's Paw & Heart Hotel isn't a kennel — it's a stay backed by a medical team. Standard boarding is available for healthy dogs. Medically dependent boarding is available for dogs with chronic conditions, post-surgical recovery needs, or complex medication schedules. Wellness plan members receive 10% off every stay through the Healthy Stay Advantage program.
